1. Who is my 1-2-1 coaching for?
- You have no / less experience with nutrition / training, but want to get started
- You are more experienced, but want to optimize your nutrition and training
- You have tried to reach you goals on your own, but haven't quite made it
- You want to learn more about nutrition and training
- You are willing to put in the effort it takes to reach your goals!
2. How does the check-in work?
For me to be able to help you the best way possible, and to keep track on your progress - you have weekly check-ins:
- Track your progress - weight, measurements and photos
- Tell me about your week - both achievements and challenges!
- Based on your feedback, I'll tell you what to focus on the upcoming week
- Feedback on your technique (training)
- Small adjustments of your meal plan / workout plan can be made
- By the end of each period (4 weeks) we do a summary together, and make a plan for what to focus on the upcoming period. Based on this, I'll make necessary adjustments to your plans
- You can message me directly in the app for questions, help or daily motivation - 24/7!
3. What if I don't want check-ins?
If you want a meal plan or a training program, but no check-ins, you can choose to have access to the app for only £15 / month. That way you can keep full track of your progress! You can add your weight, measurements and photos if you want to, and you can log your training sessions directly to the app to assure you have progression! Alternatively I'll send your plans as pdf.
4. Is there any commitment period?
No, there is no commitment period! :)

6. How does the payments work?
There's automatic payments through the app
7. Are my plans customized?
All of my plans are 100% customized, based on your goals, assumptions and wishes!
8. Do I have to be a member at a gym?
You don't have to have a gym membership, but I will recommend it to make sure you get the best progress possible
9. What's the difference between 1-2-1 coaching, and the training app?
With my 1-2-1 coaching, you get customized plans, and have weekly check-ins.
In my training app, there is no check-ins, but pre made programs you can sign up to and follow.
